The Bottleneck
When sales funnels stall, inventory software breaks, or customer support gets tangled, it all lands on your desk.
Disconnected tools, broken automations, and duct-taped spreadsheets that drain hours every week while nobody on staff knows how to fix them.
Paying $4,000+/mo for an agency that assigns a junior account manager, communicates via slow ticket queues, and bills extra for every basic request.
You need senior help today, but a full-time hire costs $75,000+ plus benefits, months of recruiting, and ongoing management overhead you do not have time for.
You don’t need another expensive agency or a 40-hour payroll burden. You need an experienced operator who sits down next to you and fixes what’s stuck.
The Solution
A flexible, hands-on monthly partnership designed to eliminate bottlenecks without overhead or full-time payroll.
When you need something built, fixed, or unblocked, I handle it.
Getting started
No slide decks, no retainer lock-in. Just a practical conversation and immediate action.
We discuss where your business feels stuck. Honest conversation, zero sales pitch.
I follow up with a concise summary of the highest-impact fixes for month one.
Once we agree on an action plan, we start right away. $1,500 a month, month to month, no long-term contracts.
Track Record
Before launching this Valley practice, I spent 15 years fixing operations, software, and sales bottlenecks for businesses across the country and overseas. Here is what that work looks like:
Past project · E-commerce & Web
Rebuilt the ordering system, website, and e-commerce setup to streamline inventory management, timely order filling, and improved customer satisfaction.
Past project · SaaS Knowledge Base & Support
Turned a text-only documentation library into a modern, organized, and searchable database to improve customer knowledge and confidence in using the program.
Fifteen minutes, zero pressure. If I am not the right person to help, I will say so and point you in the right direction.
Who this is for
The comparison
| Category | Full-time hire | Agency | Me |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | $75,000+ a year plus benefits and payroll taxes | $3,000 to $10,000+ a month with long-term contracts | $1,500 a month. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. |
| Who you work with | One junior-to-mid hire you have to manage | An account manager or middleman | Direct access to Tyler. Call or text anytime. |
| Scope | One specific lane like sales or admin | Rigid scope with fees for out-of-scope tasks | Sales, marketing, operations, and tech: whatever is stuck |
| Attention | Full-time payroll overhead | You are one account among dozens | I keep my client list small so each business gets real attention. |
| Speed to start | Weeks or months of recruiting and onboarding | Proposal rounds and onboarding queues | Start right away once we agree on a plan. |
About Tyler
I sit down with you, find what is actually stuck, and get to work. You work directly with me: no account managers, no junior staff, and no support ticket queues.
We moved our family here in 2024, and this is home. Over the past fifteen years, I have worked as the extra pair of hands inside small businesses across Colorado, Arizona, and the UK, tackling sales, operations, technology, hiring, and inventory.
Small businesses rarely have dedicated departments for every problem, so everything lands on the owner. I step into your business every week as that senior partner who can handle whatever needs doing.
I keep my client list small so each business gets real attention.
Questions
I’m one person who comes into your business and works whatever is actually stuck that week, whether that’s sales, marketing, ops, tech, or the unglamorous stuff in between. No ticket portal, no account manager. You get me.
It’s not an hours bank, so I’m never watching a meter. You get me directly, and I keep my client list small so each business gets real attention. Some weeks that’s a build that takes days; some weeks it’s a quick call because the work already held up. Either way, I stay on it until you’re not thinking about it anymore.
No fixed start date and no cohort. Once we agree on an action plan, we start right away.
Usually one working session on-site or over video, plus text, call, or email when something comes up. Some weeks are a build that takes several days; some weeks are a quick call because the work already held up.
Fifteen minutes. You talk about the business, and I ask questions. If I’m not the right person, I’ll say so and point you to someone who is. If I can help, I’ll follow up with a plain-English note about what I’d do.
That’s normal, and you don’t need to name it before we talk. Part of my job is figuring out what’s actually in the way and telling you plainly.
No. It’s month to month, and you can stop at the end of any month.
I work on-site in the Valley: Farmington, Avon, Simsbury, Canton, and Granby. If you’re close by, we can probably make it work. If you’re farther out, reach out anyway; some of the work doesn’t need me in the building.
