Does operations work mean a big software rollout?
No. Most of the time it means removing steps and consolidating tools you already pay for. I would rather make one form and one list work than add a platform your team has to learn.
Can you document what only exists in my head?
Yes. That is one of the most valuable things I do. I follow the work, write it down plainly, and leave you with procedures a new hire can follow.
How does this fit with the $1,500 a month?
Operations work is part of the same monthly engagement. There is no separate project fee and no hourly tracking.
